Monitoring & Rebooting

Monitoring a VPS server is a hard task. You either need to do the job yourself and spend a lot of your precious time to regularly monitoring your VPS server, or else you have to find a 3rd–party tool whose sole job will be to watch over your server. And this is exactly where our Managed Services package can help you out. Thanks to it, your server will be added to our own custom monitoring system, which will keep an eye on all the essential tasks. And in the event of a service crash, our skilled server admins will be alerted right away and they will solve the problem as fast as possible.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup copy of all your data is really important – one never knows when something could go wrong. And having signed for our Managed Services package, you will enjoy every week backups of your whole VPS, not only of your content, without you having to install or configure anything. Last but not least all the backup copies are always saved on a server with numerous RAID–configured hard drives. In other words, your content will always be secure, twenty–four–seven.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a VPS Server, you have full freedom to install any kind of script or service on your server. But, some scripts are harder to install and may require some additional setup from you. This is when our Managed Services offer can help you out. It includes thirty minutes of installation & troubleshooting procedures – this means that you’ll be able to basically employ one of our knowledgeable server admins for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation process of any software whatsoever that you need. Alternatively have him rectify a problem that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an optional feature with our KVM VPS Servers.
